Inner peace

Inner peace........
I am passing this on to you because it has definitely worked for me.
By following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally found inner peace........
the article read:
"The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started."

So I looked around the house to see all the things I started and
hadn't finished.... and Before coming to work this morning I
have finished off a bottle of Bacardi, a bottle of red wine, a
bottle of Jack Daniel's, my Prozac, a small box of chocolates and
2 litres of Stella Artois, a 1/2 can of cider and some
cheese............
You have no idea how good I feel....

Fleming

His name was Fleming, and he was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to make a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He dropped his tools and ran to the bog. There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.

The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the Scotsman's sparse surroundings. An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.

"I want to repay you," said the nobleman.

"You saved my son's life."

"No, I can't accept payment for what I did," he Scottish farmer replied waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the family hovel.

"Is that your son?" the nobleman asked.

"Yes," the farmer replied proudly.

"I'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own son will enjoy. If the lad is anything like his father, he'll no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of." And that he did.

Farmer Fleming's son attended the very best schools and in time, graduated from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.

Years afterward, the same nobleman's son who was saved from the bog was stricken with pneumonia. What saved his life this time?
Penicillin.
The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill. His son's name?
Sir Winston Churchill.

Someone once said: What goes around comes around.

Love like you've never been hurt.

Dance like nobody's watching.

Sing like nobody's listening.

Live like it's Heaven on Earth.

Rules for a successful relationship

1. It's important to have a woman who doesn't mind cooking from time to time, cleans up the house and has a good job.

2. It's important to have a woman who can make you laugh.

3. It's important to have a woman who you can trust and who doesn't lie to you.

4. It's important to have a woman who is good in bed and who likes to be with you.

5. It's very, very important that these four women don't know each

it was a slow boring day today, noone knew what we had to do, but we did it anyway.
and there were about another 10 helping hands to less work for each person to do.

alarm went off at 6am, didnt bother changing it this morning at 1am when i rolled into bed(went to sleep for a while when i got home and got up again). didnt roll back out at 6am, or half 6, or 7, or even half seven, well we can call it half seven. but it was the other side of half seven. I had to finish a spit shine on the boots i was doing at midnight, decided to leave them there over night to dry in. I wrecked my boots, the leather is off them at the top, and i dont think the burnt polish will do much good. might see if i can reqruist a new pair for myself.

emmm, i think thats it for today. peeps from IMO going away at weekend to an airshow in galway, love to go, but cant. going away my self for a bit of shooting with the army. after which hopefully ill start going up the ranks.

time: 9:01:00 PM

back again

72 hour dig in, friday midday until this morning about 10 am.

i enjoyed it. my outdoor skills really came to light. never knew how those years camping paid off so well. its just those little things that you pick up.

we were in 2 man tents, where others had ponchos(what the...! ?) for roofs and the coldness of the night to put them asleep. a poncho bascially is a waterproof sheet, with a hood in the middle of it that you put your head through the hood, and it draps along your body, it looks quite nice. i didnt use mine.

the mosquitos were something fierce !!!!!!!!!!!!!, ive already started shopping for repellant and this mesh face cover that seems to have worked for those who were experienced enough to have know to bring one. didnt like them, i wasnt bitten *that* much most of the weekend until this morning and now im covered ! :(

I was stuck in base camp for most of it, but last night we got to go out for a *basic* part in a tactical excerise, where all i had to do is hold a torch for troup alignment. when were were done with that job and the battle was about to begin we were brought around to higher position to view all the fighting(not live, of course). the best thing about that was that it was like at midnight, so it was pitch dark!!! so i even go to put on the camo cream and look cool!, i didnt actually see my self. but i felt cool ! ;)

still working in army for next little while. only boots were wrecked on the ground :( so need to spend about 20 hours to get them ready for 8 tomorrow morning(7.5 hours, dont think i have enough time). dont know what ill be doing for the rest of the week, im sure ill arrive then get told what to do. as usual. swear it was the army !

i didnt have my phone down with me cos i was told i would have no reception, and the fact that my battery in my nokia ngage would probably have been run out by the time that i got down to the camp... i turned it on today and i got ... 4 txts. one was answering message, saying hello! hello ! ? from my sister, right. two were from my soulmate, who didnt know what i was doing or when i was doing it, (not good!), and the other was from a chick that im pissed off at her, only txting when she wants too.

met with 3 young over the weekend, all 17/18... they were mad ted!, one never stopped talking nice girl though, other didnt stop laughing!, honest to gawd! one guy she laughed at everything he did, like EVERYTHING!, talk, look at her, move his head! everything. she whispered too much!. then the third girl. she was nice, id fall in love with her in a flash if she wasnt that young. realy nice blue eyes, just like mine. poor girl had a branch smack her right in the eye!, i think a thorn hit her eye too, eye swelled up deadly, she was taken off the excersice(thats not spelt right, aint it not!, hmmm)

emmm, in bed(when i say bed i know you know that i mean ground mat and sleeping bag) at 1am ? 2am ? it was dark, and up again at 6am. it wasnt dark then, but it was cold so it its all the same.
last point : this looks nice it appears to be a DPM washkit holder, 7 pockets. might pick it up.

my friday...

hellos...

I dont know what i had for lunch today, it was called a "pizza bagutte", and it looked like one. but i dont know what cheese they put onto it, but i didnt agree with their choice, lets say.

well this is the end of the week for me. tomorrow morning, in the am will be leaving dublin for a place that there is no phone coverage !, and i hear its only like an hour and a half away ? truely.

ill be camping, all ready stocked up on the sweeties, they all looked so nice, so i think ill be offering most of them around the camp. doh!

emmm, got the knife, fork and spoon kit that i got ages ago out all ready. which reminds me, i actually need to pack my gear.

report in for 07:30! usually im not out of bed at that stage. dont know what im going to do, considered an all nighter just to make sure im up at that time, but thought it was a bit drastic, so have 14 radio clocks, i have 5 clock alarms, and 3 of those old analogue alarms that have the bells on the top(they are loud). All set to go off at 06:30. i think that will wake me. thats not over kill.

Im looking forward to it. get a bit dirty, sounds like gonna be getting very wet... so if anyone looks out the window from their nice warm cosy houses, with wooly hoodies on and dry dry dry!, give a thought for poor little me probably knee deep in muck and dirt.

didnt get slapped with girl txting last night. ended up calling me chicken at the end of it, i do believe. thats an OK results. prob wont talk to her for months to come though.

OK. out so, hopefully ill make it back in one piece.

TOP 10 REASONS WHY A HANDGUN IS BETTER THAN A WIFE

#10 - YOU CAN TRADE AN OLD 44 FOR A NEW 22.

#9 - YOU CAN KEEP ONE HANDGUN AT HOME, AND HAVE ANOTHER FOR WHEN YOU'RE ON THE ROAD.

#8 - IF YOU ADMIRE A FRIEND'S HANDGUN, AND TELL HIM SO, HE WILL PROBABLY LET YOU TRY IT OUT A FEW TIMES.

#7 - YOUR PRIMARY HANDGUN DOESN'T MIND IF YOU KEEP ANOTHER HANDGUN FOR A BACKUP.

#6 - YOUR HANDGUN WILL STAY WITH YOU EVEN IF YOU RUN OUT OF AMMO.

#5 - A HANDGUN DOESN'T TAKE UP A LOT OF CLOSET SPACE.

#4 - HANDGUNS FUNCTION NORMALLY EVERY DAY OF THE MONTH.

#3 - A HANDGUN DOESN'T ASK, "DO THESE NEW GRIPS MAKE ME LOOK FAT?"

#2 - A HANDGUN DOESN'T MIND IF YOU GO TO SLEEP AFTER YOU USE IT.

And, the number one way a handgun is better than a woman:

#1 - YOU CAN BUY A SILENCER FOR A HANDGUN!

taken from the IMO boards, and yes i still need to explain about them.

yesterday

OK... i got in from a tiring day, went directly to bed, took the boots off, and under the covers, that was about 18:00. woke up for 1 or 2 txts at 20:00, then straight back to sleep. 22:00 got up, came online, checked the emails, and ah website. then the power went off in the entire house. ah well. Out with the laptop and played pool for my self until the battery died.
Got hungry, and on advice got spare ribs in, was OK.
still off this morning. only realiased that when i was half way into the shower, couldnt even have a cold shower, not that i would want one that early, i was asleep.

It was OK today. this and that done. you really need to be on the ball with officers walking around, hand needs to go up every time(to salute).
There was a display on the RTE news, i was told, that i actually saw in real life.
had displays of mowags(big army trucks), and all the special rifles. the navy had a display and all. lots of big brass, i kept my head down.

emmmm, havnt abused a young one with txt messages in a while, throwing out a couple now, lets hope it doesnt land me with an A7 and a week in the stockade.

some lady was in dublin on work, and she didnt even txt me, mehopes wasnt cos ...
emmm... she,s no credit ? yea, hopefully she didnt run outta credit. thats it! credit is important. OK.

...

...

oh yea !
i have one *FAT* head, i got one of these hat things like a bush hat is it ?, and i pulled and yanked, and shoved and shovelled(i dont know how i shovelled, but im sure i did), and its still too small. bet its gonna blow off in the worst possible moment.

I got a joke i took from somewhere else, ill post it seperatly.

web hosting

I was going to mention how IMO chat has become so dead these days, but i havent blogged or informed on IMO yet, so i shant even mention it!

teknowebworks
As some know i do a bit of web design for the laugh. quick overview:
20 euro for the www.samhail.com name to be registered and pointed as another computer that will be hosting my actual web pages, and
60 euro to the hosting company that will hold my pages for people to look at.

so for 80 euro a year i have www.samhail.com in all its wonder and mystique.
It is that easy.

anyway, the link above, teknowebworks appears to be a really good site. Its a web hosting company(the 60 euro bit).
its got everything that my present company offers and more, and more in the direction that i would like to go(full database support(mySQL)). Im considering changing over, even just for the database access. And best off all! its the exact same price.

Anyone interested in doing summin like that, u know where i am.

Im tired tonight for some reason. all this running around.
im away for the weekend. sleeping in the cold and wet(its gonna be raining for most of the rest of the week it seems), the two of us in a two man tent. cooking in the wild. looking forward to it.

mood that changes

its raining, and its wet. and im tired, really not the best combination for even a ok mood.
was out gardening today, the two of us. truely.
It was OK. do-able. Back is holding up, got a little sore. I would have cried a little if i wasnt such a man, just a bit.

got an coisnteor today, and another really army looking mag that would look kewl folded up and put in the back pocket. should be a good read.

another competition girl got joint 3rd in a kickboxing, i think ? said ref allowed a face punch after the whistle... stop complaing! ref decision is final.

just got word in. comp girl didnt compete once !, poor baby hadda be centre referee. not too bad a position though, it was only like 5 year old though right ? and we all know how badly u wanted to pick a fight with one of them ;)

If i went up to a corporal and just asked her straight out to marry me, without knowing even if she is going out with someone, and to skip all the pleasantries, think i would get a slap or a whallop ? i cant make my mind up which one i would get. hmmm, the quandries of life.

back 2 back

the whole psycological thing about that epidurmal still hasnt worn off.
i can actually stand up without feeling pain. amazing.
I used to get alot of hassle about my back, that im only complaining and that its not really as bad as i say it is. One of my mates who was one of the main culprits got a back injury once over something or other, and his back was really sore. all i did was look at him and say "Now you can appreciate how i feel every day!"
He hasnt actually mentioned my back since then.

exam results

I got myself my results today.
I failed two subjects, one was digital communications, the other was very large scale integeration. same as i failed last semester. So i have three subjects to repeat at the end of the summer.

bummer, eh ?

time: 9:36:00 PM

he,s still standing

OK, got that epidurmal today, arrived at the hospital at 8am, got signed in, waited for a bit, turned out the consultant had 8 of us at the same time.
Got into one of those sexy bottomless gowns, was sent in on the trolley. First time i was trolley!
I got the local anthesia in my butt. what they did is put the injection into a small hole or some sort in my spinal canal. from there it went all the way up. The anestetic worked after a while. he put the needle into my spine. I could actually feel the pressure on my spine, it was kinda sore :( me needs a hug. I felt a bit sick so i asked for a glass of water. the nurse did the next best thing, i got concentrated O2 mask. respect. it worked. didnt feel to bad.
I came out at 09:00-09:30, and was told that i needed 2 hours bed rest. in the meantime my results were being posted at 10:00. ohoh, i lied patiently(sorry... puns = bad), there were only a couple of books available to read, i read some architecture book before the injection, and i started to read one of these womans way type books. can fit in the handbag and all!.
I was told several times that i might be disorientated or have a possible lose of use of my lower limbs. Never happened.

I had my RDF training tonight, and my back is pretty good. maybe its just psychological or what ever, but it works anyway.
maybe all i needed was a nice bit of metal stuck up my ass and some1 tell me that its good. OK maybe not. actually quite not!

plans can change everything.

GYM: didnt go as planned, i got all my gear together, through it in the car, then i remembered that my key ring ID are on my keyset, and i dont know where there are.
I knew it was a perfect excuse for me not to go, saying that im not lazy that i dont have my card, suffice to say i didnt go back for my keys, and the gear is still in the car. Ill go in tomorrow. mañana, its a beautiful concept.
anyway.
new Harry Potter film was good. i enjoyed it. Alot of kids in there, i suppose thats what i get for going at 14:30.

Ive got alot happening tomorrow:
my 5am-5pm shift, again. god it feels like a full time job!;
ive got my injection thing for my back, 8am, fingers crossed for that one;
and ive got my exam results out at 10am, sounds like maybe a quick pint would be in order.

Alright. hopefully in that ive blogged, and showered and watched Tru Calling that i will be able to make it to bed early. I really dont want to be up at 1am *again*, so if i am, and i blog, dont read it !, what ever you do, i need encouragement.

more news on the alarm, the last digit is not working, or at least there is only one segments are left. maybe it feels that im angry at it ?
hmmm, methink will need to make ammends. ill sing it a song tonight ? that might work.

"Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban" ? looks like the best thing on, but i want to watch it. Ill post after i see it. see what i think of it.

OK, seems there is one of them tall sailing ships just sailed into cork.
It different from others in that this ship has full access for disabled people. It looks really interesting. It has full wheelchair access and talking compasses. The Lord Nelson is a sailing ship that teaches people in wheelchair/disabled people to sail along side their able people. They will all be sailing to liverpool soon. Good Luck.

avril doyle from SF who got elected into the european delegation was just on the news, what i want to know is who are those two women that were huggin her !, DAMN ! ;)

whassaaabi ... ?

I just spent the last 3 and a half hours working on a PHP script for the site.
it will allow to give a direct link directly to the weblog, specifically for offsite linking.
Heres the link for this blog: http://www.samhail.com/index.php?page=weblog

right its bed time again.
I have "dont say a word" on, its OK. michael douglas is a psychriast trying to help a girl. It looks like one of those films that can film up a night. very interesting.

I think my alarm felt some compassion for me this morning, it knew that i only got like 3 hours sleep so it didnt go off, alarms arent allowed to do that, are they ? i dont like it.

I was dropping my dad over to see a client this morning, i was waiting in the car park for a phone call to tell me that he was ready to be collected. I didnt relalise for another 3 hours that my phone didnt work. oops. so he was waiting for me to collect him and i was falling asleep. I even went out for a cool coke. I restarted the phone and its OK now.

It was VERY hot today. from 20 to 25 degrees they say ouch.
Im off tomorrow, planning to go to the gym. even for a swim maybe even just for a couple of minutes. fingers crossed.

website, yet again

ive spent alotta time on the website over the weekend, as is quite evident from the blogging yesterday.

I have one more thing on design that i put in. I have made it so that i can have background images on the site. check out the images i have here.

I have to setup one thing to finish off this part of the site. I am going to program the site so that it is possible to change the background color/image, and next time that the website is visited it will remember the setting.

Next im going to get back on content for the website. I looked at the CV section of this and it appears that i am only 21 ! thats not right.

Im up again this late. up in 6 hours time :(
got Minority Report on. i know ive seen it so many times, but its either sit down and watch this, or get up. well thats why my plans of going to bed at 8pm didnt go as planned.

votes

two places that the results of the tickie things that we went to recently with peoples faces and names, i dont know what it was for. something about local and european elections. dont ask me any more.
oh yea and a yes no vote. hm.

well http://www.rte.ie/news/ and http://www.ireland.com will have the results when they are out. Latest from rte.ie/news:
"(16:57) An exit poll carried out by Lansdowne Market Research for RTÉ contains very bad news for Fianna Fáil in the Local Elections and in Europe, while Sinn Féin looks set to be the biggest winner in both local and European counts."

As i said i dont know any thing about politics or that side a things.

Latest on the yes no vote it 80% YES, so i would say with my limited knowledge of politics but more than less knowledge of statistics that the YES will go through.

How many members of the Bush Administration are needed to replace a lightbulb?

How many members of the Bush Administration are needed to replace a lightbulb?

The Answer is SEVEN:

-> one to deny that a lightbulb needs to be replaced
-> one to attack and question the patriotism of anyone who has questions about the lightbulb,
-> one to blame the previous administration for the need of a new lightbulb,
-> one to arrange the invasion of a country rumored to have a secret stockpile of lightbulbs,
-> one to get together with Vice President Cheney and figure out how to pay Halliburton Industries one million dollars for a lightbulb,
-> one to arrange a photo-op session showing Bush changing the lightbulb while dressed in a flight suit and wrapped in an American flag,
-> and finally one to explain to Bush the difference between screwing a lightbulb and screwing the country.

announced to be taken from: http://www.anthonyfinucane.com/

*Neither the webmaster, the webreaders, the webhosting company, nor the milkmen that delivers the milk for each of the above noted take any responsibility for the misconceptions that they have any opinions about the need for replacing lightbulbs.

site

OK, that part of the site has been updated.

The + on the top right hand corner now gives access to a color changing script for the background.
I will be implementing a system so that once the color is changed, it will be saved for the next time the page is visited, using cookies. not today.

Im in work now, i came into upload those new files, about 2/3 hours ago. hmmpf.
I found a *really* good army site. Check it out here.
It has got so much information.

I was in the middle of some very important texting last night, at about 1am!, and my new ngage phone decided to turn off, and not only turn off, not turn back on. I was going frantic. my old phone(nokia 8310 if you please) was in work here. and like every1 was gone out or to bed. my brother has a locked phone, and a phone with a broken screen.

It has got so much information.

website change

OK. i know how *everyone* just loves the green background on my site. so i have made this script that will allow the user, yourself, to change the back ground color at the click of a button.
Im proud of this one. summin to do on bored days.
I will be learning about cookies so that i can save what ever colour that is selected.

check it out tomorrow or sunday.

more on 24

oh my god. more on the "24" program, reviewed earlier.
The highest boss, ryan, in the unit was a treath to the terrorist and he was ordered killed through the president. his friend, jack, is standing right beside him, with his gun in his hand, going to kill ryan.

ryan is giving his own life to save millions others. its a real touching moment.

would you kill yourself for your country ... ?

he asked for the gun and put it to his head right right now...

he couldnt do it...

he gave the gun back to jack

"im sorry we let u down ryan, god forgive me"
was the last words he heard before he was shot

Shannon, Éire.

OK... the shannon weekend...

this was a hard entry to write.
i dont know what to say.
well... the shannon is wet!,very wet! for the international viewers(yea right), its a massive river that goes straight down the middle of ireland. a couple of us had a boat for the weekend, picked up on friday morning and returned it monday afternoon.
It is *so* relaxing. if anyone is interested i can give contact details.

OK... there is this girl, a wonderful girl, our paths crossed before, but eventually we decided to see if anything can happen. she visited. we went out for the full wine and dine experience - italian pizza, yum. and we went out drinking. and we talked about anything everything. she did smile.
my problem is that i dont know what was going on, what i was doing. im not used to these situations and it turned out that i hurt someone along the way.

there is nothing that i can type to depict what i feel. ive gone too far. i need to realise what happened, i need to be clear on how what i say, and do or dont do, affects other people. and i need to move on.
she is a nice girl, a special girl, i know i messed up. tears rolled down from her eyes and it ripped me inside. Maybe im not ready for women yet ? I know that only experience will prepare someone but i dont want to see the those eyes anymore. Its not fair on me, and its not fair on those eyes.

sew...

being lets say regulars on the waterways, if a boat is in trouble, you lay a hand.
A boat had gone a ground under a bridge. there was a boat already trying to pull it out doing absolutely no good atall.
We tied up, pulled and pushed, and yanked and yelled.
eventually we got it out. it was well stuck!.
team work, and consitency worked out well.

hours closing in

Just back from RDF, very interesting stuff, they had us rolling around in the grass and sneaking up to enemy positions to kill em, what else would one want to do on a wednesday nite.

i was off work today, got up at 08:45, i think, brother wanted me to drop him to his Junior Cert. came back home and watched The Negoiater, instead of going back to bed, heard it drains energy if in bed too much. had brekkie. wallowed a bit. got a call-me from brother at midday, asking me to collect him and drop him back up in an hour for second english paper, said he can walk home+i would drop him back. too lazy+watching TV.

sunburn from the weekend if starting to peel*yuck*. Only checked out forehead today, didnt know i looked *that* bad. it was *that* bad.

Up again @ 04:15 tomorrow morning for a 05:00 start. Starting at 08:00 and starting at 05:00 really are the same. dont really hit base until end of shift when u can just say hey, ive been working like 10 hours now. and another 2 to go :(
anyway. need sleep and going to get some.

change

Alright... Ive got two changes that ive made, or making rather...
for this news script, ive decided that http://www.blogger.com is what i will be using. respect to the services, and interface. I have it setup, and i will start to integrate it into my greenneed over the next week.
second is http://reinvigorate.net/system/ ... it looks great. its a counter system, but when you log on it will show you how many hits, and how many unique hits, and total hits.
it has an option to show you all the stats, the IE that was used, the screen resolution(which is good for web design), and my favourite... it shows a map of the world, and shows how many hits from each part of the world. very impressive.

OK. ive 2 things to go do. well, ive the dishs to do now, boring. then im going to fix up two things for the site, the template for the blogger.com and a direct link system for my site.
I probably wont though. im tired.

I will update about the shannon trip that im just back from maybe tomorrow.
but one point that i need to complain about ! i wasnt allowed to over the weekend...
first the crew cut that i got done during last week, exposed my entire head to the burning hot scalded, burning sun. i got roasted alive!, all on the top of my head, and my forehead. the jumper i was wearing i had the sleeves half length fo just about 3in of skin above my hands are burnt.
but on the boat yesterday, alone i think maybe saturday too, i WHACKED or W H A L L O P P E D my head right off one of the doors, my big fat head too tall again, it started to ooze the white/yellow stuff, the puss ? is it. and i got laughed at and told to shurrup ! :( poor me.

anyway, it happened again, and it started to bleed a bit. not happy! sore :(
right update later.

MRI

MRI went OK, i know my options now.
the worst case scenario is to 'fuse' two of my spinal bones things together, of which the correct word elludes me.
that is the most drastic option, full surgery, not the most appealing solution. and not certain it will fix 100%
level down from that is to cut off some of the disk that is causing, thats the work i was looking for earlier. that is not as drastic as the first option, but still might not give 100% fix, and only 50% chance of improving the situation.
Last option is to get some drugs of some sort injected into my spine... alright, then for some reason it will make it much better ? i heard steroids being mentioned. steroids in my back! maybe ill be running everywhere ?

anyway, im going with the last option, then going to loose some weight, and hopefully ill be a new man!

MRI + 24!!!!!!!

Appointment for MRI is at 8:45 tomorrown, i picked up one set of scans this morning, which leaves me my first set to find.
I searched my room!(which is a feat in itself), i looked everywhere else, and its not here, i asked people all the way to leeds and i still havnt come up with it.
i dont need to fret though, cos there is a report that *might* suffice, in a folder that is in a safe place... somewhere. hmmm. up at 6am tomorrow so.

Shannon side this time tomorrow. looking forward to it.

I tried to find another blog that would be more to my fitting for here, but alas... no luck. have to que up to implement the changes i want.

One last thing tonight... there is a tv program called 24. its on thursdays at 9-10pm on sky1. It is great ! It was first suggested for me to watch ages ago, well approximetely 14 weeks ago.
It has 24 episodes. It shows what happens during the hour in real time, kinda. so one hour of the movie is shown during the 9-10 slot.
Its about a deadly virus that is being unleashed or being threathen to be unleashed on the US population, a scandel in the white house, a CTU(counter terrorism unit) management having fights, having love scandels, undercover missions. two of the main characters went into a hotel that they know where very likely to be infected, got infected, and one already died.
I dont think that she will die!
I got hooked on it. might take a bit of getting into though. its website is: http://www.skyone.co.uk/24/guide.html

OK. hopefully all will be OK with my appointment tomorrow. and
